Go to Settings > Family and Parental Controls > Family Management. Select the family member and choose Remove. Simple as that!

From your PS5, navigate to Settings > Family and Parental Controls > Family Management, and click on the family member you want to remove. Then, just select Remove from Family. Easy peasy!
