Unfortunately, you can't actually remove followers on Spotify. If someone's annoying, you can block them instead.
You can't directly remove followers on Spotify, but you can block them. Just visit their profile and hit the three dots to find the block option.
Been there! Just go to the follower's profile, click the three dots, and select 'Block'. It works like a charm!
