First up, you gotta open Steam and head over to your Library. Find the game you wanna get rid of, right-click on it, and select 'Manage' > 'Remove from account'. Just a heads-up, this action deletes the game for good, so make sure you really wanna part ways with it.

If you're just trying to declutter your library or hide that one impulsive purchase, you can also choose to hide the game instead of removing it completely. Right-click the game in your library, go for 'Manage', and then 'Hide this game'. Keeps it out of sight without permanently deleting it.
