To get rid of that pesky GPU/CPU performance overlay on your Steam Deck, it's super simple. Just hold down the 'Quick Access' button (that's the one with the three lines, kinda looks like a hamburger) and then tap the 'Performance' button. This should toggle the performance overlay on and off. Voila! No more overlay cluttering up your gaming experience.

Just toggle it off in the quick access menu, easy peasy.

Honestly, I kinda like having the overlay up. It's like a constant health check for my Steam Deck while I'm gaming. Makes me feel like a pro!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
