How to Remove a Group on Facebook
First, go to the group you admin. Click the 'Members' tab, then remove every single member. Once you're the last person standing, leave the group yourself. Poof, the group is gone!

Easiest way: Kick everyone out of the group (as an admin) then exit and it will magically disappear.
You gotta remove all the members first, then leave the group yourself. Done and done!
