First, power off and unplug your PS3 Fat. Locate the HDD cover on the side panel and slide it off. Remove the blue screw and pull out the metal tray. Finally, slide the hard drive out of the tray. Easy peasy!

Turn off your PS3 and unplug it. Find the HDD cover on the side, pop it off, remove the blue screw, and pull the tray out. Voila, your HDD is free!

Unplug PS3 -> Slide off HDD cover -> Remove blue screw -> Pull out metal tray -> Slide out HDD. Boom, done!

I did this last week! Unplug the console, remove the cover on the left side, unscrew the blue screw, pull out the tray, and slide the HDD out. It's straightforward!

Just pull it out, bro. It's not rocket science.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
