Clearing Instagram search suggestions is easy! Just tap the search bar, hit 'See All' and then 'Clear All' in the Recent section.
Go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, then Settings -> Security -> Clear Search History. Done!
From your search page, long-press any unwanted suggestion and hit the 'X' that pops up. Voila, it's gone!
