From my own experience, the quickest way is to visit your Activity Log. There, you can find all your likes and remove them with a single click!
Just go to the post or photo you liked, and click the 'Like' button again to unlike it. Poof, like magic!
You click the 'Like' button again. Seriously, it's that simple.
