Just ignore it. Seriously, that's what I did.
You might need to update your Instagram app first, then go into your settings under privacy or security to see if you can disable it there. Sometimes, apps hide these settings in weird places.
Easiest way to handle this is by checking your app settings for any AI integrations and disabling them. Worked for me!
