From my experience, just head to your page's Settings, click Page Roles, find your name, and click 'Remove'. Then confirm.
Go to your Facebook page, click 'Settings' in the bottom left, then 'Page Roles'. Under 'Existing Page Roles', find yourself and click 'Remove'.
Why would you want to give up such power? But yeah, just go to Settings and remove yourself under Page Roles.
Just go to Settings > Page Roles > Your Name > Remove. Done!
