You can leave a page by clicking on the '...' (three dots) under the cover photo and selecting 'Leave Page.' You'll be free in no time.
Head to the page settings, find the 'People and Other Pages' section, locate your name, and click 'Remove.' Done!
Just click on the 'About' section of the page, find your name under page roles, and hit 'Remove.' Bye-bye, page!
