You can remove parental controls on your PS3 by navigating to Settings, then Security Settings. Enter your passcode (default is 0000), and you can adjust or disable the controls from there.

Just go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Parental Control. Enter the passcode (default is 0000) and disable it. Easy peasy!

If you forgot the passcode, try entering 0000. If that doesn't work, you'll need to call Sony for a master reset code.
