How to Remove Pedals from a Hot Wheels Bicycle
NickelingAlan路7 months agoRemoving pedals from a Hot Wheels bicycle is pretty straightforward. You'll need a wrench that fits the pedal nuts. First, hold the opposite pedal with one hand to keep the cranks from turning. Then, use the wrench to loosen the left pedal by turning it clockwise (remember, the left pedal is reverse threaded). For the right pedal, turn the wrench counterclockwise. After loosening, you can unscrew them by hand. Oh, and remember to apply some force; those pedals can be on pretty tight!

Just hit it with a hammer! JK, don't. You'll need a wrench. Lefty loosey doesn't apply to the left pedal. It's reverse threaded, so turn clockwise to loosen.
Honestly, why bother? Just ride it as is. Removing pedals sounds like a hassle.
Did this last summer. All you need is the right size wrench and a bit of elbow grease. The left pedal is the sneaky one, turns the opposite way you'd expect. A couple of twists in the right direction, and you're golden.
