Easy-peasy! Just go to your Facebook settings, click on 'Personal and Account Information', then 'Contact Info', and find your phone number. Hit 'Remove' and confirm. Ta-da!
I had to do this recently. Go to your settings, click on Personal Information, then remove your number from the Contact Info section. Took me like 2 minutes!
