Just head to Settings, then Login Settings, next User Management, and finally Delete User. Select the account and bam, it's removed.

Go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User. Pick the account you wanna remove and confirm. Voila, it's gone!

Removing an account from a PS4 is pretty straightforward! First, navigate to Settings on your PS4, then go to Login Settings. From there, select User Management and choose Delete User. Pick the account you wish to remove and confirm the deletion. Easy peasy!
