How to Remove Profile from Facebook
You can remove your Facebook profile by deactivating or deleting it. To deactivate, go to Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion. Choose 'Deactivate Account' and follow the steps! It's perfect if you might want to come back later. If you're sure you're done, choose 'Delete Account.'

I did this last year! Just go to your settings and you can delete or deactivate your profile. Deleting is forever, deactivating is just a temp break!
If a break from Facebook sounds like a good plan, just hop into settings and deactivate it! Easy as pie.
Just hit delete in the settings and say goodbye! Ain't coming back.
