Go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User. Choose the account you want to remove and confirm. Boom, done!

Had to do this myself once! Sign in online at Sony's website and remove the device from your account settings. Easy peasy.

Just deactivate the PS4 as the primary console for your account via Account Management, or, better yet, just ask the other person to do it.
