You'll need to visit the PlayStation website, log into your account, and remove the device from your list of activated devices.

You can only do it through the PS5 itself. Find someone who has access to it and ask them to remove your account.

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, then select Disable. Should log your account out of the other PS5!
