All you need to do is go to Settings (the gear icon), then find 'See Me in Quick Add' under the 'Who Can...' section and toggle it off!

To stop seeing Quick Add stories on Snapchat, go to your profile, tap on the gear icon, scroll down to 'Who Can...' section and tap 'See Me in Quick Add' to turn it off.
