How to remove radiation from water in Fallout 4
RadAway's your friend. If you're sipping directly from a river like a true wastelander, pop some RadAway afterward to cleanse that radiation right out. Not as efficient as a purifier but does the trick in a pinch.

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Just craft a Water Purifier in your settlement. You'll need some parts like ceramic, rubber, and screws, but once it's up and running, it collects clean, radiation-free water for you. Make sure you place it in a water source, though. Happy hydrating!
