Here's another trick: Mix equal parts vinegar and olive oil, apply to the stain, and buff gently with a soft cloth. The vinegar helps lift the stain while the olive oil nourishes the wood.

Just live with it. Adds character to the wood, tbh.

Quick fix: Grab some toothpaste (not the gel kind), smear a bit on the stain, and gently rub it in with a soft cloth. Rinse with a damp cloth, then dry. Works like a charm for light stains!

Tried the toothpaste method on my coffee table when my roommate forgot a coaster under their hot mug. Can confirm it actually works. Make sure to use white toothpaste and polish the area after!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
