idk why you'd wanna remove anything, I spend hours making my base look cool. But yeah, just delete it in build mode if you really have to.
Removing structures in Palworld is pretty straightforward. Just go into your build mode, click on the structure you wanna get rid of, and you should see an option to dismantle or delete it. Make sure you really wanna take it down though, you won't get all the materials back.
