How to remove the graphics off Hot Wheels cars

Honestly, why would you want to remove them? Those graphics are half the fun! But hey, to each their own.
Took off the graphics from my Hot Wheels to customize them. Nail polish remover did the trick but be warned, it can strip the paint entirely if you're not careful. Learned that the hard way!
