Easiest way to remove walls in Terraria? Grab yourself a hammer! Any hammer will do, just start swinging at the wall you wanna take down. Remember, you gotta start from the edges or corners of the walls you're trying to remove. If you're dealing with background walls placed by you or naturally occurring ones, this method works like a charm.

Just hammer time your way through them! But seriously, start from the edge or a corner. If it's not working, chances are you're smack dab in the middle of the wall. Terraria doesn't play that way.

Fyi, you can't just remove any wall you bump into. Some of the dungeon walls are unbreakable until you defeat certain bosses. So, if your hammer ain't doing the trick, might wanna check if you've got some boss fighting to do first.
