To remove the Xbox 360 E hard drive, simply power down the console, slide the panel on the side, and pull the tab on the hard drive to remove it.

Turn off your Xbox 360 E, slide the side panel, and yank the hard drive out by its tab. Simple as that!

I've done this a bunch: switch off your Xbox 360 E, slide the panel on the side, and pull out the hard drive using the attached tab. No tools needed!
