Go to the settings menu on your Xbox 360, navigate to 'System,' then 'Storage.' Select the storage device, find 'Profiles,' and delete the one you want. Easy peasy!

From the Xbox 360 dashboard, go to 'Settings,' then 'System Settings.' Choose 'Storage,' select the device, and find 'Gamer Profiles.' Delete the profile you don't need anymore. Done and done!
