You can also disable it via the registry. Open Regedit, go to `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\AppCapture`, then set `AllowGameDVR` to 0.

Not a fan of command lines? You can uninstall it via the Start Menu! Right-click the Xbox Game Bar app and select 'Uninstall.'
