How to Remove Yourself from a Facebook Group on Mobile
I've done this a million times (okay, maybe just a few). Open the group, hit the three-dots menu, and tap 'Leave Group'. Easy peasy.

Super simple! Just open the Facebook app, go to the group you want to leave, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, and select 'Leave Group'. Voilà, you're out!
Just delete the Facebook app! Kidding... but seriously, it's as easy as tapping 'Leave Group' in the menu.
