You can rename a unit in Total War: Warhammer by right-clicking on the unit card and selecting 'Rename Unit'. Get creative!
Clicking on the unit card and then selecting 'Rename Unit' does the trick. Custom names for the win!
Honestly, renaming units really doesn't make much of a difference in your gameplay. Focus on strategy instead.
