Renew? You just need to log back in lol. If you can't, try resetting your password.
To renew your NBA 2K account, simply log back in using your existing credentials. If you forgot your password, use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen to reset it.
I had this issue last year. All I did was reset my password through the login page, and boom, back in the game!
