I repainted my car last week. Just take it to the mechanic shop, select your new color, pay a bit of cash, and you're golden!
Head over to the mechanic shop. Once you're there, interact with the car painting station and select the color you want. It'll cost you a bit of in-game money, but it's totally worth it!
