Why not just buy a new pair? They鈥檙e affordable and you can try a new color or style!
Grab some strong adhesive like Shoe Goo or E6000, clean the area around the rip, apply the glue, and press together. Let it cure for 24 hours and boom, back in action!
As someone who's fixed a few Crocs myself, I recommend using a plastic welding kit. It bonds the material back together and makes it almost as good as new!
