Engineering Bay is where the magic happens for SPARK repairs. Just deploy them there after battles.

From my experience, you want to put SPARK units in the Engineering Bay or use engineers with the 'Field Repair' skill. They’re as good as new fast!

I just use engineers with 'Field Repair' on the field. It gets the job done without dragging them back to base.

You can repair SPARK units in XCOM 2 by using the Ability 'Field Repair' with an Engineer or, once you have the appropriate Research, by using the Avenger’s Engineering Bay.
