How to Repair Steam Library Folder
CluingWear·7 months agoFirst up, easy peasy lemon squeezy - launch Steam and go to Steam > Settings > Downloads > Steam Library Folders. Right-click on the folder that's acting up and select 'Repair Library Folder'. Steam will do its magic, and voilà, you should be good to go!

If you're feeling a bit more adventurous or the first trick didn't work, you could try moving your games to a new library folder. In Steam, create a new library folder (Settings > Downloads > Steam Library Folders > Add Library Folder), then right-click on the game in your library that’s causing issues, go to Properties > Local Files, and select 'Move Install Folder'. Pick your new library, and let the migration commence!
