Replacing the HDMI port on a PS3 isn't a walk in the park. You'll need a soldering iron, some fine solder, and a steady hand. It's best to disassemble the console, carefully desolder the old port, clean the area, and solder a new one in place. Loads of tutorial videos on YouTube for this!

Honestly, just buy a new console. It's 2023, and PS3s are ancient anyway. Time for an upgrade!

From experience, I'd say if you're not comfortable with electronics, take it to a professional. It's easy to mess up and damage the motherboard.
