To replay boss battles in Sonic Mania, try playing Encore Mode or check out the Time Attack mode. You can face off against the bosses again there without playing the whole level!

I've replayed them by starting a new game and speeding through the levels. It's Sonic, after all, speed's the name of the game!

Sadly, there's no specific 'boss rush' mode, but Encore Mode lets you relive some epic boss fights!
