You can replay missions by heading to the map screen, selecting the mission icon, and choosing 'Replay Mission.' Happy hunting!
From my experience, replaying missions involves opening the map, selecting the mission, then hitting the 'Replay Mission' option. Be sure to try it on higher difficulties for better loot!
