To report a player in War Thunder, just press 'Tab' during the game, go to the 'Team' tab, right-click the player, and select 'Report Player'. Easy peasy!

You need to submit a report through their website. Log in to the War Thunder website, head over to 'Support', and file a ticket with all the details. Make sure to provide screenshots or replays if you can!
From my experience, right-clicking and reporting them in-game is the fastest way, but for serious issues like cheating, always use the support ticket on the official site.
