Easy peasy! At the end of the match, just tap on the report button next to their name on the results screen. Select the reason, add any details, and submit. Bye-bye toxic teammate!

During the game, open the in-game menu, tap the 'Report' button, choose the offending player's name, and select the reason. Done and dusted!

I’ve reported teammates by going to my match history, finding their name, and hitting the report button there. Works like a charm!
