Easy peasy! Just go to the Steam Help site, log in, and find the game or purchase you want to refund. Click 'I would like a refund,' follow the prompts, and you’re good to go!

From personal experience, it's pretty straightforward: Open Steam on your Steam Deck, head to 'Help,' then 'Steam Support.' Find your purchase, click on it, and select 'I want a refund.' Follow the instructions.

Hit up Steam Support from your account, find your game, and select 'I need help with this purchase.' Refund option will pop up!

Just use Steam Support, find your purchase, and request a refund. Valve’s refund policy is great!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
