How to request a Steam refund
Requesting a refund on Steam is pretty straightforward. Just open Steam, go to 'Help' at the top, then 'Steam Support'. Find the game you want to refund, click on it, and then choose the 'I would like a refund' option. After that, you just follow the prompts to submit your refund request. Remember, you can only refund games if you've owned them for less than two weeks and have played for less than two hours!

Just hit up Steam Support and ask for your money back. You gotta be within the 2 weeks purchase window and have less than 2 hours of playtime though.
Honestly, getting a refund on Steam is a breeze as long as you're within the rules (less than 2 hours of playtime and within 14 days of purchase). It's all done through Steam Support, and they're pretty quick about it.
