Honestly, you might want to just contact Miniclip support to reset your account. They can guide you through the process without any headaches.
I had to reset mine once. Unlinked my Facebook account, deleted the app, reinstalled it, and then started fresh with a new account. Worked like a charm!
Just delete the app and reinstall it. When you open it again, create a new account and you're good to go!
