Go to Settings > System > Console info, then select Reset console. You can choose 'Reset and remove everything' or 'Reset and keep my games & apps'. The former wipes all your data, and the latter keeps your games and apps intact!

From the home screen, press the Xbox button > System > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. You can either reset and remove everything or keep your games and apps. Easy peasy!

Just hold down the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds until it powers down. Turn it back on and follow the settings menu for a proper reset.
