You need to go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Choose 'Reset and remove everything' for a full wipe and 'Reset and keep my games & apps' to just reset the system settings.
Just hit Settings, then System, then Console info, and finally, Reset console. Pick your poison: keep your games and apps, or nuke everything.
