From my own experience, heading to System Settings and then Storage, you just need to press Y on your storage device and hit 'Clear System Cache.' Did it a bunch of times, works like a charm.
System Settings > Storage > Highlight > Y > Clear System Cache. Done.
Go to System Settings > Storage. Highlight your storage device, press Y, then select 'Clear System Cache.' Easy peasy!
You don't need to reset the cache, just restart your console. It usually fixes most issues.
