How to reset display settings on Xbox Series S?

Press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it fully shuts down. Once it's off, press and hold the power button and the eject button until you hear a second beep. Your display settings should reset to default!

I had the same issue! Just turn off the console completely (hold power for 10 secs), then hold the power button and the pair button together until you hear a beep. Worked for me!

If you can access the menu, go to Settings > General > TV & display options > Video fidelity & overscan. Change the Display settings accordingly.
