Honestly, just uninstall and reinstall the game. Takes care of everything and gives you a clean slate!
From my experience, deleting the 'system_information_962' file in the Steam cloud can also reset the true reset stuff, but be cautious!
Hey there! To reset everything in Undertale, you need to delete the save files. On PC, go to the folder located at C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE. Just delete the files named 'file0', 'file8' etc., and 'undertale.ini'. Then, restart the game. Happy resetting!
