Go to the main menu, select edit, and use a Spin to change your eye abilities. It'll cost you some Spins, but it works!
From my experience, the easiest way to reset your eyes is to use a Spin in the customization section. Simple as that!
To reset your eyes in Shindo Life, you need to use a 'Forged Rengoku' or a similar bloodline that allows for eye customization. Just head into your character customization screen, and you should see the option there.
