You can't reset face ID directly, but you can change your appearance by using Spins in the customization area.
In my experience, popping down to the customization section in the game menu and using a few Spins should do the trick to reset that face ID.
Why reset? Just embrace your ninja's face! But if you must, hit up the customization menu and change away.
