Honestly, it's quicker to just contact Facebook Support. They can reset it for you or help with any issues!
If you forgot your password, just click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page and follow their instructions to reset it. They鈥檒l guide you through the process.
From my own experience, go to 'Settings', find 'Your Facebook Information', then select 'Deactivation and Deletion'. You can reactivate anytime if you just need a break.
